I had a decent time at Quality Inn. The room felt clean, and the bed provided a good night's sleep. The location made it easy to reach my work meetings, which was a plus. Breakfast had a variety of options that got refilled often, so I never ended up hungry. However, I did notice some areas of the hotel looked a bit old, which took away from the overall feel. Limited dining options nearby were also a downside. Service could use a little boost. the staff could be more attentive in the dining area, ensuring everything is stocked and clean. Small details matter, especially in high-traffic spots like breakfast. Still, I managed to enjoy my stay without major issues.

would stay here again
The room was clean and spacious with a microwave and refrigerator. I appreciated the comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. The continental breakfast had a variety of items, and the outdoor swimming pool was a nice touch. Staff was attentive, and the place was easy to access from the highway.

Had a decent stay with comfy beds that didn’t rip my wallet apart.
Unfortunately, the check-in process felt like a game of hide-and-seek with staff. And let's just say, bed comfort is a relative term. it didn't exactly come with a personal masseuse!

I had a pleasant experience during my recent stay at Quality Inn. The room I stayed in was clean and spacious, featuring a very comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep. I was particularly impressed with the variety of breakfast options, which were frequently replenished, allowing for a satisfying start to my workday. The location was also convenient, making it easy for me to access my meetings.
Some areas of the hotel show signs of age.

The room features a spacious layout with two queen beds, providing enough room for a family without feeling cramped. With easy access to the highway, it's simple to get around, making it convenient for travel plans.
The hotel suffers from several cleanliness issues, such as unclean touch surfaces, sticky drawer pulls, and a filthy sink area with leftover food remnants. The noise from the plumbing kept me awake, and various amenities, like the breakfast, were disappointing—dry and sparse food options left me looking elsewhere for breakfast on multiple occasions. Furthermore, there's a notable lack of upkeep in areas like the parking lot, where groups gather late, making the atmosphere a bit rowdy.

Family with children need to be cautious
The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay especially the housekeepers they were on their game assisting when we needed it and cleaning was great everywhere we looked
It had a price that wasn’t exactly cheap but we made it work because it had some decent amenities

The room was just right and the bed was super comfy. I loved unwinding by the outdoor pool and also enjoyed some time in the hot tub. Just a heads up, the coffee from the machine wasn’t the best, but that didn’t ruin my stay at all! 😊

Had a fantastic time with friends. The location is perfect for visiting places like the Meroney Theater and Dr Josephus Hall House. The staff was generally friendly, and our room was spacious and clean. Just a heads-up for travelers, breakfast selections can vary, so it’s a good idea to check the hours.
One downside was that the coffee during breakfast was pretty bad. We ended up going out for coffee as it was difficult to drink.
